TrashMail.net Add-on to Avoid Spam Emails

Monday, August 22, 2011

TrashMail.net is a Firefox add-on that creates free disposable email addresses and paste them directly in forms. It provides a lengthier duration of the disposable email account, ranging from 1 day to an unlimited period of time. This way you can avoid spam emails while registering with miscellaneous web services.
To get started with TrashMail, you first need to register a legitimate email with TrashMail (web service). Once you are done, you can enter a temporary email while registering with a web service. To create a new email address, right-click on the email address text box and click on the Disposable address option. You can also select a previously created email from the context menu.
Registration
While creating a new email address, you can select a domain name. You have the choice to restrict the number of forwarded emails that you wish to receive on your primary email address, when a mail is sent to the Trashmail account. You can disable the response system to avoid receiving emails from the TrashMail server.
Options
Click on the status bar icon on your browser, in order to modify and manage your TrashMail emails. From here you can change the primary email address registered with TrashMail. You are also allowed to remove any of the added temporary email addresses from the TrashMail Address manager button.
